This website is operated by Barely Lab Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Barely Lab Ltd. Barely Lab Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

7. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions of any kind.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.

9. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you send certain specific submissions or creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or to pay compensation for any comments.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

12. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations, laws, or ordinances. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall BarelyLab be liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind related to the use of our products or services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BarelyLab from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. We may terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and BarelyLab.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes shall be resolved in Irish courts.

19. Returns & Warranty Policy

We offer a 14-day return window in line with consumer rights under Irish & EU law. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting support@barelylab.com. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving confirmation.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and be in good condition.
  • Opened or used skincare or topical items are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect after approval.

Warranty: BarelyLab devices are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required. To claim, contact support@barelylab.com.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage from misuse or unauthorized repair.
  • Accidental damage or cosmetic wear.
  • Devices resold or transferred to third parties.
  • Discontinued models may be replaced with a comparable product or store credit.

Limitations to Warranty:

  • When applying for free maintenance for the product that is within warranty period, users should show valid proof of purchase (such as invoice, warranty card etc.).
  • Free maintenance is not provided for the damaged products which are resulted from our improper packaging when you are sending back the instrument.
  • The company is not responsible for the following situations and will not provide warranty service in case of the following situations.
  • Faults and damage resulted from the fire, earthquake, the behavior of a third party, fault or misuse caused by users, usage under other abnormal conditions and unpredictable events.
  • The attached damage caused by the usage of the products (such as loss of business benefit, interruption of business including the loss results from the usage of system and the cost resulted from the replacement of equipment, device or service, or the claim required by users).
  • Damage resulted from the operation which is beyond content of the instruction.
    d.Including: the uncontrollable situations; the required service and parts for solving problems resulted from the usage of accessories, fittings or substitutes that are not sold by the company; and the required service for solving problems resulted from acceptableness or illegal disassembly and assembly of instrument without following the instructions.
  • Faults or damage resulted from the working environment which is not for the product including overload.
  • Improper storage by users (such as damages caused by rats and liquid infiltration).

Lost or Misdelivered Orders: If marked delivered but not received, we will replace the item upon confirmation and update your delivery method to include signature confirmation.

20. 90-Day Results Guarantee – Full Terms

Eligibility
1.1. This 90-Day Results Guarantee (“Guarantee”) applies exclusively to Barely Lab.™ IPL devices purchased directly from our official website.
1.2. The Guarantee is available to first-time purchasers only and is limited to one device per household.
1.3. This Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

Guarantee Period
2.1. The Guarantee covers a period of 90 calendar days beginning on the date your order is delivered (“Guarantee Period”).
2.2. Any claim under this Guarantee must be submitted within 14 days after the end of the Guarantee Period. Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

Conditions of Guarantee
To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:
3.1. Treatment Schedule – You must have completed a minimum of 24 full treatments over the course of the Guarantee Period, following the recommended usage instructions (generally 2–3 times per week on the same treatment area).
3.2. Consistency of Use – You must have treated the same area(s) consistently throughout the Guarantee Period.
3.3. Proof of Use – You must provide:
(a) A treatment log (dates and frequency of use);
(b) Clear before and after photos of the treated area(s) taken at weeks 0, 4, 8, and 12;
(c) Your order confirmation and device serial number.
3.4. Return of Device – You must return the IPL device in working condition, together with its original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Submission of Claims
4.1. To submit a claim, you must contact Barely Lab.™ Customer Support through our Returns Portal or by email, providing the documents and photos set out in clause 3.3.
4.2. If your claim is provisionally approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
4.3. The device must be returned within 7 days of RMA issuance, using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for any damages in transit or loss in delivery.

Refund Processing
5.1. Upon receipt of the returned device, we will inspect the unit to verify its condition and confirm compliance with these terms.
5.2. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
5.3. Refunds will exclude any original shipping fees and may be subject to a deduction for return shipping costs if a prepaid label is provided.
5.4. Refunds may be reduced or denied if the device is returned damaged, tampered with, or missing components beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Exclusions
The Guarantee does not apply to:
6.1. Purchases made through resellers, third-party marketplaces, or unauthorized retailers;
6.2. Devices obtained via promotional giveaways, clearance sales, or “final sale” items (unless otherwise stated);
6.3. Devices damaged through misuse, tampering, water exposure, neglect, or unauthorized repairs;
6.4. Multiple claims from the same customer, household, or delivery address.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
7.1. Barely Lab.™ reserves the right and discretion to reject any claim that:
(a) Does not meet the requirements of this Guarantee;
(b) Is suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with genuine product use;
(c) Appears to be part of repeated or excessive refund requests.
7.2. We may request additional information or evidence in order to process a claim.

Changes to the Guarantee
8.1. Barely Lab.™ reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Guarantee at any time.
8.2. Any changes will not affect purchases made before the date of amendment; the Guarantee version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
