We want you to love your Barely Lab products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our returns process is designed to be simple and fair.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind Returns - 14 days

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
  • For hygiene reasons, skincare products must be unopened and sealed.
  • Devices must be returned unused and in original packaging.
  • Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within the first 6 months, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • We may ask for photos or a short description of the fault to speed up resolution.
  • In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Return?

  1. Email us at returns@barelylab.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for sending the product back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made via your original payment method.
  • We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
  • If only part of a bundle is returned, we will adjust the refund accordingly.

Exclusions

  • Products returned without original packaging or in a used condition (unless faulty).
  • Skincare items that have been opened or used.
  • Orders returned outside the 14-day window, unless faulty.
